Stichting D.I.M.E.S. (Diversity In Media, Entertainment, Sport) is a non-profit foundation based in Amsterdam, passionately dedicated to fostering equity, transparency, and accountability in media, entertainment, and sports. Through innovative programs and initiatives, we empower underrepresented communities and tackle systemic inequalities head-on.
Our foundation thrives thanks to the collective efforts of a dynamic network of board members, ambassadors, allies, and volunteers who work tirelessly across the Netherlands, the Benelux region, and worldwide. Together, we form a vibrant and growing coalition of individuals and organizations united by a shared commitment to diversity and inclusion.
With ambassadors from various sectors, including media, entertainment, and sports, and partnerships with like-minded organizations globally, Stichting D.I.M.E.S. is not just a foundation—it is a movement. We believe in the power of collective action to create meaningful, lasting change, and our reach extends far beyond Amsterdam, impacting communities around the world.
