The D.I.M.E.S. Empowerment Pack - D.I.M.E.S.

The D.I.M.E.S. “Empowerment Pact” is a groundbreaking initiative between D.I.M.E.S. and the leading global marketplaces specializing in TV, Film, Music, Media, Entertainment and Sport.

Together we create the opportunity for untapped industry talent and companies from historically underrepresented and excluded communities to attend these marketplaces, conferences, and industry events for the first time at a special discounted rate 50-75% lower than the regular attendance fee.

This “Lead by example” initiative allows individuals and companies identifying as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, (and) People of Color), LGBTQ+, Women, Non-binary and persons living with disability + other underserved and underrepresented groups attending these marketplaces and events a “Seat at The Table” and the opportunity to connect and do business with the leading companies and individuals in the industry.

D.I.M.E.S. (Diversity In Media, Entertainment, Sport) and RX France (formerly Reed MIDEM) announce a new initiative, “Empowerment Pact”. Our mission is to support aspiring TV creatives and filmmakers from historically underrepresented communities through career opportunities and connections with companies and industry leaders through diverse initiatives at MIPCOM, CANNES and Beyond.

“Our partnership with RX France on this initiative to bring aspiring TV creatives and filmmakers from historically excluded communities into the industry and to market further confirms our collective commitment to the positive advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for all people in our industry,”
